How to apply for Vietnam visa on arrival?
Step 1: Fill out our secure online application form
You are required to input the exact personal details as indicated on your passport (full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, arrival date)
Step 2: Confirm and pay for service fee
A confirmation email should be sent to your email address within seconds after submission. If you do not receive our email, please contact us at info@govietnamvisa.org
After you review your application, do not forget to choose one payment method. Normally, paying with credit cards and debit cards via Paypal is the most convenient way
Step 3: Get visa approval letter and prepare before departure
After 2 working days under normal processing or less in urgent case, you will receive a visa approval letter via email. Then you just need to print out the attachment file (color preferred but not required)
Here are a few of preparations before you get Vietnam visa stamped upon arrival:
- Original passport (at least valid for 6 months)
- 2 passport sized photos ( 4 x 6 cm)
- Entry and Exit form (so-called On Arrival Form) – you can either download this form on our website and fill it out in advance to save time at the airport or take it directly at the airport
- Stamping fee in USD or VND equivalent ( $25 for single entry, $50 for less than 1 month multiple entry, $95 for 6 months multiple entry, $135 for 1 year multiple entry)
Put all above mentioned things in one package and be ready to hand over it upon arrival
Step 4: Get Vietnam visa stamped at Vietnam airport
Upon arrival to one of Vietnam’s international airports (Hanoi with Noi Bai International airport, Ho Chi Minh with Tan Son Nhat International airport, Da Nang with Da Nang International airport and Nha Trang with Cam Ranh International airport), you are required to show all prepared documents at the Landing visa counter when you arrive.
